
Leading racing figures Lloyd Williams and Jamie Lovett believe the handicapper has given their multiple entries a fair chance of landing the Melbourne Cup.
Williams, the great race’s most-successful owner, has six horses among the top 25 in the weights.
The operation of Lovett, the NSW-based major syndication group Australian Bloodstock, has the Ebor Handicap winner Mustajeer, who has been allocated 55 kilos, spearheading their assault which includes a number of well performed imports bought especially with the cups in mind.
