PANTHERS IN DANGER IN NRL FINAL ROUND
With the NRL finalists decided only one last round match has any real significance.
That is the clash between league leaders Melbourne Storm and the fifth-placed Penrith Panthers at AAMI Park on Saturday.
The sixth placed St George Illawarra Dragons, a resurgent Brisbane Broncos and New Zealand Warriors, eighth, appear set for victories.
If that happens the trouble-plagued Panthers will drop to eighth, if the club loses to the Storm.
