Race 9 no 3
Created a good impression in handful of starts last season chasing home Everest winner Yes Yes Yes when 2nd at Flemington before victories at Sandown and Morphettville. She has come back well just failing to catch Sangria in extremely competitive listed 1100m at Flemington before drawing unfavourably against the bias 6th Ancestry 1100m this course. Fresh for this.
Race 6 no 2
SO SI BON
Has performed well at the elite level this season – finishing close-up in Rupert Clarke and All-Star Mile this course – and is at the top of his game easily dispatching smart gallopers Street Sheik and Iconoclasm in Vobis Gold Mile here three weeks ago. Drops 0.5kg after claim.
Race 4 no 9
Going much better than her form this campaign would suggest. Only secured clear running in final 200m unlucky 5th Flemington Group 3 1600m then had excuses at Rosehill March 21 when trapped wide on soft track. Primed for this following solid 2nd emerging Naivasha in this grade at Flemington Anzac Day.
Race 5 no 11
Failed to find her best last spring but is back on song overpowering Debt’n’deficit and Affair To Remember (3rd Group 1 Australasian Oaks) when resuming Hillside 1300m. Didn’t handle soft and Pakenham but did hit the line with gusto when 2nd at Bendigo. Boasts placings behind Microphone and Flit last autumn.
